The contents of this page for Simplicity 2353 Blythe Clothing Pattern is started, but still under construction. Please enjoy what we have now and come back to see more later.
I have been looking for this Pattern for a while now, that is, the Original, still in the Simplicity 2353 Envelope, Pattern. But you can imagine how rare a Pattern this is.
I bought a copy from a Seller on Etsy and was surprised to find out, it was from 2010, rather than 1973.
The photos on the Pattern were taken by Gina Garan. Takara Blythe Dolls had become very popular and the Pattern was created.
I have made several items from this Pattern with some of my Doll Channel Friends from Youtube, and I will be using this Pattern often. Some of the pieces need a bit of adjusting, but overall, with slow sewing, I really like the Pattern.
You can see more about the Pattern, One of each of my Takara Blythes, Ashton Drake Gallery Blythes, one of my Kenner Blythes and one of my Ali Blythes wearing an outfit, or part of an outfit, that I made using this Pattern. If you follow the Links, you can see what my Friends made for their Blythes too.
